The Tennessee Homeowner Relief Plan is on a mission to assist 1,000 Tennessee homeowners to prevent losing their home to a foreclosure auction.  We work everyday to educate individuals and families who are behind on their mortgage payments about the options they have to stop an upcoming foreclosure auction.

We want to emphasize that the #1 goal is to stop the foreclosure auction from taking place. When possible, we strive to help the homeowner stay in the property, reestablish credit, and preserve equity. However, this is not possible in some circumstances.
